Louane, 19, has stage fright. This is the first time she recorded with a symphony orchestra. Trumpeter Ibrahim Maalouf has composed the music and asked his uncle, the writer Amin Maalouf, to write the lyrics, inspired Parisian recent events. From January 12th, the song, called “Autumn in Paris” will be available to teachers of secondary schools, with no obligation to use. An instrumental version, a piano score, and the free version of duties performed by Louane.

For the Minister of Education, Najat Vallaud-Belkacem, the aim is that this song “France belongs to schools, students, classes, can appropriate it. Moreover, in the song, there is a quatrain without words, so that students can add their own words and complete” . Exaggerated project? Ibrahim Maalouf believes that “events were great trauma. I think if we do nothing, it would be dramatic.”
