Disney has announced that the artist was going to play Lando Calrissian in the next installment of the saga film.
Expected in 2018, the next film in the legendary Star Wars saga is a variation of the brand: it will do a spin-off centered on Han Solo. The company Disney has announced this week that the actor and rapper Donald Glover, 33 years old, would be the next interpreter of Lando Calrissian succeeding Billy Dee Williams who was camping the role in the film The empire strikes back and return of The Jedi.
Donald Glover will join Alden Ehrenreich played the young Han Solo in the film. This last, 26 years old, is not a novice. He has already toured with renowned directors such as Francis Ford Coppola’s (Tetro and Twixt), Richard LaGravenese (Sublime creatures) or Woody Allen (Blue Jasmine).
