Natural Heritage Cultural Heritage: the theme of the European Heritage Days 2014 reflects the town. For this Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September, small inventory iconic reviewing places and new things to discover.

Saturday, Sept. 20, at 15 am there will be a guided tour of the library and behind the scenes. Is the discovery of the circuit of the document, librarianship, and the organization of a municipal library service. For the tour, limited to a group of 20 people to register 02 41 79 76 00.
The same day, at 17 pm, Gilbert Ferch, passionate local historian, will offer a discovery of Ropes former convent, to identify at best a part of the history of the street, its theater and its Ladies. The appointment will be at the entrance to the street in front of the retirement home.

The Castle Museum caps from 10 am to 12 pm and 30 14 am to 18: 30 pm, will offer a variety of local, traditional or artistic skills, thanks to the Friends of the Museum of demonstrations. Program: ironing caps, lace and embroidery, handmade wigs, illuminations and botanical illustrations. Not to mention the superb exhibition on the world of cut paper. Information 02 41 79 75 79.
The City Hall also will visit. Its main halls, including those of the city council and weddings, will be open to the public from 14 am to 18 pm.
The Church of St. Aubin, a historical monument since 1903, was founded in the XI th century. It will be open access, subject to offices on Saturday from 9 am to 18: 30 pm, and Sunday from 13 am to 18: 30 pm
The workshop du Grand Large, 5, rue Jean Mace (near City Hall), will open the day at 11 am Saturday. All weekend, an exhibition and demonstrations around the ancient and contemporary sigillée are scheduled from 10 am to 18 pm. Information 06 44 91 43 78.
The painting competition
Loire artists, painters experienced or amateur teens 14 to 17 years, will unfold in the city. Their works will be presented and voted the public from 16 am to 30 cultural center Vincent Malandrin
