How many restaurants have been distinguished ?

The red guide this year 616 award-winning (against 600 in 2016). These are 70 new stars that have been awarded : only one restaurant, three-stars, 12 two stars and 57 new a-star.

A single property is newly awarded a third star in this vintage 2017: Yannick Alléno, for its restaurant, le 1947, Courchevel. He already had three stars at the Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris.
