Star Wars: Boba Fett on the film found a director – Le Figaro

According to the US website The Wrap, Disney and Lucas studios have approached the director Michelle McLaren to entrust the realization of the second film in the series Star Wars Anthology, which due out in 2018.

After the withdrawal of Josh Trank ( Chronicle and The Fantastic Four) , Lucasfilm and Disney are actively seeking a new director for the second film of the collection Star Wars Anthology . According to the website The Wrap, it may well be it a director, in the person of Michelle MacLaren.

The Canadian director is a regular TV series. It has signed numerous episodes of X-Files , Breaking Bad , Walking Dead and Game of Throne s . The adaptation project Wonder Woman on the big screen should have been his first film. Michelle MacLaren recently left the project to “creative differences” vis-à-vis Warner Bros.

If the information is confirmed, the director should support a film on the bounty hunter Boba Fett centered derivative whose plot remains unknown to this day.
