TF1 wants to buy the producer of more beautiful life and Braquo – Le Figaro

Newen group and TF1 announced they have entered into exclusive negotiations to form a partnership in the field of production and distribution of audiovisual rights. The chain could take a majority stake of the company in production.

TF1 and Newen group announced to be entered today into exclusive negotiations to forge a partnership in the field of production and distribution of audiovisual rights. In this perspective, TF1 could take a majority stake in Newen.

Newen is a major player in the production and audiovisual distribution in France with over 1,300 hours of programming produced each year in its 4 Telfrance subsidiaries, Capa, Be Aware and Media June 17. The group has a catalog of over 5,000 hours of programs covering all audiovisual genres: fiction, games, entertainment, documentary, documentary and animation.

Its flagship products are the series Plus Belle La Vie , Braquo , Candice Renoir , The blood the vine , Nina and Versailles . It also produces the flow of emissions The Nursery , The Butterfly Effect play Harry , The Health Magazine and Make Enter the Accused .

Newen already distributes its products in over 80 countries around the world. The group relies on an industrial structure with studios in Paris and in southern France. Internationally, Newen Newen Network built the network that brings together the leading independent producers in Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and Canada. The group is also present in the digital business through its subsidiary Neweb.
