Tarzan returns to push his cry on the big screen – Le Figaro

VIDEO – David Yates, who directed Harry Potter, was commissioned to deliver the legend of the Man-monkey to date. Played by Alexander Skarsgard, this second trailer take corrective action and promises ébourissant movie, whose release in French cinemas July 6, 2016.

And Tarzan reborn again on the big screen. After a first trailer quite disappointing, Warner corrects shooting with a new trailer that reveals a little more of how David Yates ( Harry Potter ) wanted to bring up to date the imagined character by Edgar Rice Burroughs in 1912.

this time the second trailer picks up the thread of the original novel, and tells again the birth of the Lord of the jungle, this superhero Rousseau, collected white baby by a female monkey.

in the 46th adaptation of the literary work, Tarzan, a child of the English aristocracy who was raised among monkeys, left the African jungle for a few years and saw in London when Queen Victoria sent a mission to the Congo, to investigate an unscrupulous warlord …

the idea that the king of the jungle is reluctant to leave the imposing remains of Greystoke to return to fight against mosquitoes in Savannah is a bias smart enough. It seems that in skipping over the previous character resurrection attempts, David Yates wants to reconnect with the Greystoke Hugh Hudson with Christophe Lambert (1984).

the images also reveal a dark and tragic atmosphere, away from the Disney animated adaptation become a classic, directed by Chris Buck and Kevin Lima in 1999, and whose graphic design was signed Glen Keane.

casting side, after a string of actors (Elmo Lincoln, Johnny Wiesmüller, Ron Ely, Christophe Lambert, therefore, Miles O’Keeffe, and the ineffable Casper Van Dien) is the Swede Alexander Skarsgard (known for his role Eric Northman in the series True Blood ) that embodies the legendary character who moves on vines to rescue the woman of his heart Jane, is played by the beautiful Margot Robbie ( the Wolf of Wall Street ). Christoph Waltz, Samuel L. Jackson and Djimon Hounsou complete the team of actors.

The film will be released in French theaters on July 6, 2016.
