The actor Benoît Magimel in custody after a hit and run – The Point

RTL revealed Saturday that Benoît Magimel was taken into custody on the evening of Friday, March 11 at the police station of the 16th district of Paris. The victim was hospitalized, but his prognosis is not involved.



Summoned to the police

The actor was recognized by witnesses of the scene and called the same Friday , late afternoon, the police station. He was remanded in custody for “involuntary injury”, “hit and run” and “conduct despite cancellation of the driving license.” Police also checked if the actor had consumed drugs. According to TF1, the actor had tested positive for cocaine.
