10 actresses that would have seen him play Cinderella – Boursorama

“Cinderella” Kenneth Branagh, with Lily James in the title role, comes out today in theaters. We have nothing against the young Brit revealed by “Downtown Abbey”, the series of sublime scenery rewarded with a Golden Globe in January, but would not necessarily imagined in that role. So we decided to redo the cast to find the perfect Cinderella, to stand up to the evil stepmother played by Cate Blanchett.

We based our choice on several criteria. The first, but also the most obvious: Cinderella must be beautiful, but it must not only have good looks. Traditionally it is with blonde hair. So it is no coincidence that the actresses of our selection have in common a natural blonde or a history of false blondes quite credible and pretty.

A pretty blonde galore

Accustomed William Shakespeare film adaptations, Kenneth Branagh does not hide his love for the classics. Yet it would not oppose an unexpected outcome actress registers. Nicola Peltz, for example, would have made a beautiful princess with her mischievous look. It’s partly her pretty face who helped her land a role in “Transformers 4″, replacing Megan Fox and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in carton box office Chloë Moretz 2014, too, has left us a lasting impression with his role in “Kick-Ass”, when she was only 13 years old at the time. But if one were to select a Cinderella less juvenile, our choice would perhaps on the beautiful Taylor Schilling, star of “Orange Is The New Black”.

Other actresses perfectly meet the criteria , like Amber Heard or Blake Lively. Each of the respective women’s appearances Johnny Depp and Ryan Reynolds unleashes paparazzi, and for good reason, they are real bombs! As Amber Heard, Margot Robbie is one of our favorite fake blondes in Hollywood. This is also aves light hair preferred Leonardo DiCaprio tender wife in “The Wolf of Wall Street,” directed by Martin Scorsese. Our lookalike Jaime Pressly in younger, currently starring in “Diversion” where she starred with Will Smith, would be a fabulous princess. And the best is still true brown Emilia Clarke, who does not hesitate to metamorphose for playing Daenerys Targaryen in “Game of Thrones.” By dint of seeing her wearing a wig for four seasons, it was accustomed to his blond hair, and his face is another argument that convinces us that it would make a perfect Cinderella.

The French exception

Who said Cinderella had to be American or English? Certainly not us, nor Charles Perrault elsewhere! We even found Léa Seydoux has princess tunes on the red carpet. She also donned the costume Belle in “Beauty and the Beast” last year, so why not that of Cinderella? The lovely Lou de Laage, who dazzled us “Jappeloup”, alongside Guillaume Canet and Daniel Auteuil, we do not mind. For that matter, one refuses nothing, with the actress and model Petra Weiss. French too, it was revealed to the public by sharing the stage with Kellan Lutz in “The Legend of Hercules”, one of the biggest flops at the box office in 2014.

Unfortunately for many of our favorite actresses, Cinderella is a young girl. It has therefore been forced to give up our beloved Charlize Theron, as well as Kate Hudson and Gwyneth Paltrow. Beyond our top 10, there is another young actress that could have particularly seen to embody Cinderella for his charisma, but she is not blonde like Léa Seydoux, she chose to interpret other princess. Indeed, Emma Watson would make an exceptional Belle, both by her angelic face than her acting skills in the next film by Bill Condon.
