Nikos Aliagas “excited” to meet his double in wax at the Grevin museum – LCI

CEREMONY – Nikos Aliagas has inaugurated this Wednesday evening his statue at the Grevin museum in Paris. Many stars attended the event, including Jean-Paul Gaultier, Anne Roumanoff, or Nicolas Canteloup.

It now has a double made of wax. Nikos Aliagas inaugurated on Wednesday, December 7, his statue at Grevin. The host star of TF1 and Europe 1 has dedicated his entry in the famous parisian museum to the public and to his family.

“I spend my life putting others into the light. I see in this wax statue of my grandfather and my father Andreas to his arrival in France, which has opened her arms,” said Nikos Aliagas who was born in Paris in 1969. “It is very strange… I am very honoured and moved (…) The spotlight is extraordinary, but it is necessary to know the speed of this flame that enlightens us,” said Nikos Aliagas in the face of his double. On Twitter, he also thanked the teams of the museum who have worked to realize its statue.

in Addition to the ambassador of Greece in France, Maria Theofili, and the family franco-Greek of the facilitator, many personalities were present for this inauguration. The chairs of TF1 and Lagardere Active (owner of the Europe 1), Gilles Pélisson (boss of TF1) and Denis Olivennes have attended the event in the company of Jean-Paul Gaultier, Anne Roumanoff, Nicolas Canteloup or Christophe Beaugrand.

In his acceptance speech, Stéphane Bern, president of the academy Grevin, welcomed by Nikos Aliagas “the professional enthusiast and the stylish man”. A journalist by training, Nikos Aliagas, was started in 1993 on the Euronews channel, before joining France 2 and TF1. On Europe 1, he leads since 2014 interviews intimate with the stars. At the same time, Nikos Aliagas is a photographer in sight, with a first major exhibition at the Concierge desk. It has also immortalized his statue, and posted the photo on Instagram with this caption : “The other is an 'I' strange… a double that I observe without knowing me”.
