Bradley Cooper sniper to Clint Eastwood – Le Figaro

VIDEO – The first trailer of the film American Sniper has been posted online Friday. The 35th film from director traces the fate of Chris Kyle, a character of exceptional war murdered in 2013.

If within American Sniper should have been directed by David O. Russell and Steven Spielberg, Clint Eastwood is ultimately who took charge of the work. California filmmaker gives us the first trailer for his 35th long film, a biopic of war in which the actor Bradley Cooper takes the lead role.

Based on the autobiographical book by Chris Kyle, the film traces the fate of this outsized sniper exception who officiated at the Navy from 1999 to 2009 Le Figaro had met in 2012 Nicknamed the “devil” in Ramadi, Chris Kyle allegedly killed 255 “terrorists” during the Iraq war, a real record in the military history of the USA. He was assassinated in February 2013 by a sub-naval officer of 20 years suffering from post-traumatic stress.

The cast also include actress Sienna Miller and the young Kyle Gallner. The film was shot in Los Angeles. Some scenes were shot in Morocco. American Sniper will be released on December 25 in the United States, but does not yet have a release date in our rooms.
