A single parent widow inherits custody of her son, a deeply turbulent adolescent. Together, they try to make ends meet, thanks to unexpected help from the mysterious neighbor opposite, Kyla.
OUR OPINION. Clearly influenced by Alan Ball in acuity (no one is what it seems) and its sublime series Six Feet Under in a heartbreaking stall, Xavier Dolan sign an admirable melodrama where vies with euphoria and melancholy, like great, we managed to maintain that good taste is the enemy of creativity, generating through interactions wonderful actors, sweet sensations of floating and sudden outbreaks violence inexplicable grace.

OUR OPINION?. Reviving a manipulative vein and inviting to thwart appearances, David Fincher simulates codes thriller based on the principle abhorred by Hitchcock whodunit to reveal, through the death of a Hollywood couple, a satirical vision and nightmare of the American Dream, Edward Hopper and David Lynch close. illusion of a surface beauty, morbid miasma deep

PAPA WAS A ROLLING STONE *** NOT
Release Date: October 8, 2014 (1h39min)
Director: Sylvie Ohayon
Doria Achour , Aure Atika, Marc Lavoine
Genre: Drama
In the 80s, Stephanie grew up in La Courneuve with an absent mother and a stepfather brutal. She quickly decides to leave his daily tedium.
OUR OPINION. Sylvie Ohayon adapted for the big screen the book in which she recounts her journey when, as a teenager, she lived in a town of La Courneuve. The result is a sincere film that is worth seeing mainly for the energy expended by lead actress Doria Achour. A young woman with undeniable talent that will have to be monitored very closely.

PARADISE ***
Release Date: October 8, 2014 (1h10min)
Director: Alain Cavalier
Genre: Experimental
Since childhood, I had a chance to cross two mini depressions of happiness and I expect quite serene, the third. That’s enough to believe in a certain beauty of life and the pleasure of trying to film in all its forms: trees, animals, gods, humans …
OUR OPINION. Adept cosmological poetry, Alain Cavalier share intimate simple prosaic elements, to question the immensity of the world (universe and the unknown handy), enjoy nature behind the wonderful, collect light to decipher the cosmic code it carries.
