It’s official: “The Truce” arrives on France2 for August 29! – Newsmonkey EN (Register)

This was in the air for a while, it is now official: “The Truce” will hit screens this small French 29 August. Belgian series, which card from us, began this way its international tour. Hopefully the success is the appointment for this hyper-realistic and frankly damn series.

Remember, the police series takes us to the heart of an Ardennes village where intrigues are linked. “The Truce” is 10 episodes of 52 minutes made by the Belgian trio Stéphane Bergmans, Benjamin d’Aoust and Matthieu Donck. And it just was a success with 400,000 viewers on average on RTBF.

In addition to France, Switzerland has also expressed interest in the series made in Belgium. And Flanders will follow because the VRT bought the rights in the International Market for TV and digital programs (MIPTV) in Cannes.

In France, the series will be broadcast on Monday August 29, in prime time. And it will not drag as the viewers will follow three episodes on.
