The prosecution had requested four months in prison with a warrant of committal against the rapper Rohff, held this Thursday in front of the tribunal correctionnel de Créteil for acts of domestic violence. The judges have made their decision in the evening: the artist was eventually acquitted, the benefit of the doubt.

She accused him of having been violently slapped and pulled the hair following an argument. All under the eyes of their 4-year old son.

He “cried a lot”

taken into custody on Wednesday, the 38-year-old, has always denied the facts. “I have never typed Nadia”, he still said since the box of the accused, on Thursday. The rapper explained that it had only “belted” his companion to calm him down because, according to him, it was a “crisis of nerves” and was in danger of défenestrer.

Rohff “has cried a lot. He has been hurt, it is someone very sensitive,” said the counsel for the defence Me Malika Ibazatene, regretting a statement in support. Before being interviewed by investigators, the rapper has responded on his account Facebook, assuring that it wanted “no harm to any woman on earth” and had complained of a “manipulation”. The young woman had, in the meantime withdrawn its complaint.

The prosecutor, who referred to a context of “violence screening”, had requested that Rohff is detained at the end of his judgment, on account of its “liabilities.”
