Uonce more, ribald humor of Cauet does not pass. The Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel (CSA) gave notice to the NRJ group for “serious failings” in respect to the image of women and the protection of children in certain editions of the radio program “C Cauet”.
The CSA has “found serious breaches of the provisions relating to respect for the image of women and the protection of childhood and adolescence for the radio programme C Cauet, during broadcasts of the December 17, 2015, 5 February 2016 4 march 2016,” according to a press release posted online Saturday.
“Failing to comply in the future with the provisions of the act of 30 September 1986 (…) and to its treaty obligations, the company NRJ could be the subject of proceedings for a penalty,” warns the regulator.
The program “C Cauet”, presented by Sébastien Cauet, aired on NRJ radio from 19 to 22h from Monday to Friday.
According to the specialized site Ozap, this is a game about the election of Miss France, in the issuance of the December 2015 issue. The new chronicler was, inter alia, established rules are a little specific since if the participants lose, they become to send a message to vulgar to Miss.
