A series of concerts at the Bataclan from November – The Point

Le Bataclan had announced several months ago: the concert hall will reopen indeed its doors at the end of 2016. In a message posted on Twitter, Facebook and on its website, management Bataclan has announced a series of concerts next November and December, or stack one year after the bloody attacks.

If the exact reopening date has not yet been revealed, several concerts have already and already planned. So Pete Doherty will perform on stage on 16 November. Youssou N’Dour and the Super Etoile de Dakar are scheduled on 18 November, Nada Surf December 2 and December 3 MZ. Other concerts will be announced in the coming days.

In his message, the Parisian venue was that the renovation work has started and all the infrastructure and the dining facilities will be rehabilitated. “We want to preserve its warmth and friendliness. We want to maintain the popular and festive spirit that has always been theirs,” said the department, which also address “a thought for all the victims of November 13 and their families.”
