The Mexican drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman managed to escape from a maximum security prison for the second time in 14 years, the government announced on Sunday.
Guzman was seen last Saturday night near the shower room the Altiplano Prison (center) before disappearing and “his escape has been confirmed,” said the National Security Committee in a statement
