Love: the Paris Administrative Court suspends visa Film – Le Figaro

Forbidden to under 16 upon its release, July 15, the film by Gaspar Noé finally gets a ban for minors. “In France, love is now no under 18″ was indignant Vincent Maraval.

Love Gaspar Noé will indeed be prohibited under 18, announced on his Twitter account the producer and distributor Vincent Maraval. The Paris Administrative Court has in fact suspended, that Monday, August 3, the visa of the film by Gaspar Noé. In protest, Vincent Maraval posted on his Twitter account the following message: “In France, love is now no under 18 years.”

The last film of the director of Irreversible came out July 15 with a ban for under 16. The Minister of Culture Fleur Pellerin had however requested that Love be reserved for over 18 years and returns to classification commission. The CNC had then maintained the ban on under 16. The administrative court ultimately gives successful the minister.

“The decision is now in the hands of the State Council. We should know more about France very soon, “says Vincent Maraval on Twitter. “Patrice Andre is the man who today decides the classification of films,” says the producer, referring to the lawyer, the head of the Promoting Association, which campaigns for weeks to ban the film Noah.

Very active in the fight against sex and violence in movies, promote, among others, originally in June of the ban to those under eighteen years of movie Saw 3D, nearly five years after its release.
