Snoop Dogg had participated in two shows in southern Italy and won the airport of Lamezia Terme to travel to Britain where he will participate in Kendal Calling Festival on Sunday, according to the AGI agency. During the checks before the rapper boarded his private jet, police saw in possession of two bags, two pillow cases, which proved to be full of cash, for a total of 422,000 USD, the source said.

Under the Italian law, prohibiting transport more than 10,000 euros in cash, police seized half the sum and commenced an investigation. According to the agency, four lawyers were instructed to monitor this case on behalf of the rapper who could have restored the money remaining after the payment of the fine provided by law.
