Michelin: the coronation of Ducasse and Le Squer – Les Echos

Also expected feared the 107th winners of Michelin was unveiled Monday. Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Athénée and Christian Le Squer, chef of the restaurant Le Cinq at the hotel George V, are the two new three-star raw 2016. “Three Stars”

Le Relais Bernard Loiseau lost its third star and therefore holds more than two macaroons. “As you can imagine, I am shocked and very disappointed to see that Michelin decided to close the restaurant at the Relais Bernard Loiseau, after 25 years, in the category 2 stars. “Said Dominique Loiseau in an email. “With the Relais Bernard Loiseau team, we will make every effort, our energy, to get that star!
