MOVIES- “Especially don’t do what I do… and even less that I wouldn’t do”. Or the good advice of Tony Stark. The first trailer for the reboot of “Spider-Man: the Homecoming” was unveiled by the Sony Pictures studios on Friday 9 December.
And “spider man” (played this time by Tom Holland) is an ally of weight: Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.). The relationship between the two super-hero has the lion’s share in this teaser that shows Tony Stark attempting to guide the fiery teen to control his powers. He even has his blue suit and red eyes that are adjustable, as you can see in the video above.
Annoyed by the condescending tone of the “genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist,” Peter Parker also seems determined to “prove” to be worthy of the “Avengers”.
In this new reboot of the franchise directed by Jon Watts, the big bad guy called “The Vulture” is interpreted by Michael Keaton. The latter is no stranger to the world of super-heroes since he had interpreted Batman in the film of Tim Burton in 1989 alongside Jack Nicholson.
If the atmosphere is rather light at the beginning of the trailer, things seem to get tougher during the last thirty seconds. Peter Parker takes his rank, and once is not custom, the people he loves are in danger. This teaser leaves us on a final scene pretty impressive, or “Spidey” tries to hold the two parts of a ferry sinking. Between the two, in the distance, rises the statue of Liberty.
The trailer for the us is slightly different (as you can see in the video below) and focuses more on the social relations of Peter, especially with his best friend Ned and Michelle, the girl he is in love.
