“The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies” the last trip to Earth … – TF1

Peter Jackson invites the audience to travel last time in Middle-earth in the burgeoning world of the cult English author JRR Tolkien. For the latter film, The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies , it tells the epilogue of the journey Bilbo, who, with the company of dwarves led by Thorin, reached Erebor to recover their kingdom and treasure. The wrath of the dragon Smaug, who seized the Lonely Mountain, rages while his riches are coveted by Humans, Elves, Orcs and Wrags.

To be totally honest, there was not enough to make three films of Hobbit . Even taking any liberties, Peter Jackson is forced to stretch at will a plot that could have easily held in two feature films. So, although this remains spectacular, it does not happen much in the Battle of Five Armies . If it remains efficient and gives a semblance of rhythm, the construction of the film lacks originality, traveling between the various intrigues to its conclusion, here a battle that we must recognize once again controlled and impressive between Orcs, Dwarves, Elves and Humans.

If there is one thing we can not blame Peter Jackson, is that to maximize, even brushing overdose, the universe very rich of JRR Tolkien. But the likability of the work still remains intact as also still wonder to see or review the stunning scenery, natural for most of Middle Earth.

With this sixth film in the world of Tolkien closed (finally) a chapter highlight of his career. It is now high time for him to move on (whew no suites programmed) and we can say that we look forward to discover after Hobbit .
