Seven French novels, including “Tropic of violence” by Nathacha Appanah (shortlisted for the Femina), and eight novels aliens are in the second selection of the prix Medicis.
the jury of The prix Medicis, which met Monday night, however, has ruled out his new selection, Gaël Faye, the first novelist selected by the majority of other juries of the major literary prizes this fall.
